If another member grants you Copilot access, you can access their Expensify account and perform actions on their behalf without needing their login credentials. Copilot access provides delegated account access while keeping login credentials private.

Who can act as a Copilot

- You’ll see the expenses, reports, chats, and settings that belong to the account you’re supporting, based on the permissions you’ve been granted.
- Actions you perform are labeled as being completed on behalf of the account owner.
- Some actions may be unavailable if you’ve been granted Limited Access.
- You can return to your own account at any time by switching accounts again.
